In addition to the rights you have under applicable law, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. If a paid Pro report didn't help your decision, email us within 7 days of purchase and — if all the conditions below are met — we refund the pack.
Conditions (all of the following)
- You bought a paid Pro pack directly on mieszk.pl (the guarantee doesn't cover free previews, promotions or gifted analyses).
- You contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
- The report genuinely didn't help, and you tell us specifically what was wrong or missing — for example an incorrect fact (price, area, address, year built), a section that didn't generate, or why the verdict wasn't usable. We check what you describe against the report we produced for you; a general "I didn't like it" without specifics isn't enough.
How to request a refund
Email support@mieszk.pl, or use the "Request a refund" button under Profile → Purchases — it pre-fills a message with the details we need. If you have several purchases, tell us which one.
When you'll get the money
We usually review within a couple of business days. After approval, Stripe returns the money to your original card within 5-10 business days.
Your statutory rights come first
At checkout you requested immediate access to the report and acknowledged that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies (art. 38 pt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The guarantee above is what we offer on top of that.
These conditions do not limit your statutory rights for a defective or non-conforming report (a complaint / reklamacja) — in that case you can claim a remedy regardless of the conditions above. See the Terms of Service (sections 5-6a).
What it covers
The guarantee applies to paid Pro packs bought via Stripe. Free listing previews and promotional/beta gifts carry no charge, so there's nothing to refund.
