Mieszk also works outside the website — directly in a conversation with your AI assistant. Ask about an apartment and the assistant calls our tools, answering from real transaction prices in Poland's official registry (RCN) instead of generic internet knowledge.
What it can do
- Purchase costs from a link — paste an Otodom, Morizon, Gratka or OLX listing: PCC tax, notary, commission, an estimated monthly payment and the price vs the median of real transactions nearby.
- Value estimate from parameters — city, district, area and rooms → a value range based on 12 months of notarial-deed transactions.
- Rough borrowing capacity — income and down payment → what price range is realistic (with the KNF stress buffer).
- Free consultation — on request we pass your contact to an independent, licensed mortgage expert (an external partner of mieszk.pl), with your consent.

Is it paid? The assistant tools are free (with daily limits). The full report on a specific apartment — photo-based condition, location, personalization — lives on mieszk.pl; your first full analyses are free after signing up.
Where does the data come from? Medians are computed from real transaction prices in the official RCN registry (notarial deeds, not asking prices) — 1.1M+ transactions in our database. The payment estimate uses the current WIBOR rate.
Privacy.We don't store your assistant conversations. Name and phone are collected only when you request a consultation, with your explicit consent — details in the privacy policy.
