Do I need a subscription for Pro analyses?+
No. There is no subscription and no one-off payment - every report is free. All you need is an account: an email and the code we send. No card, now or later.
Do I have to sign up?+
Yes. Photos, the description and the seller's contact are open to everyone without signing in. The valuation against RCN deals, the photo review and the verdict come after you register: email only, no card. Nothing to pay.
Where do transaction prices come from?+
From the official Rejestr Cen Nieruchomości (RCN) - notarial deeds with real sale prices. For each analysis we use the nearest transactions from the last 12 months - older ones aren't shown, so the price stays current.
How accurate is the AI analysis?+
The model is calibrated to the Polish market. It's context for your decision, not a verdict. Honest numbers, your conclusion.
Which portals does Mieszk support?+
Otodom, Morizon, OLX, Gratka, Adresowo, Nieruchomości-online, Freedom, Domiporta and direct listings.
Can I get a refund if the analysis wasn't useful?+
Yes. You have 7 days - email support@mieszk.pl telling us what was missing and we'll refund you. Stripe refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days.

No. Reports are free - the first and the tenth. There are no packs and no subscription. Every flat you analyse stays in your account history, so you can come back and compare.
