The figures come from the Real Estate Price Register (RCN) - prices from notarial deeds of completed transactions. We compute the median (middle value) from 46 apartment transactions over a 12-month window, plus the typical 25–75% range, both robust to individual outlier sales. These are closing prices, not asking prices.
